This is a rural exception housing site located in the village of Elston, Nottinghamshire.

The scheme comprises ten new dwellings for affordable rent and shared ownership.

The scheme has been designed to reflect the historic streetscape of the village, with single storey dwellings akin to stable blocks forming an entrance to the site, and a series of two storey dwellings arranged around a central courtyard, akin to a traditional farmyard.

The scheme has been developed for GEDA construction, and Nottingham Community Housing Association NCHA.
