Our team are all working design professionals with a lifetime in the built environment and can give practical, well-grounded advice based on their experience. They work as an in-house team to provide the mix of professional disciplines required as a ‘one stop shop’ service which includes:
Technical Advice – to reduce carbon footprint and energy use in design and construction.
Pre-Appraisal - of the site and initial design proposals reporting on risk factors and practical solutions and opportunities.
Design Development - monitoring the design, highlighting any variations and identifying alternative solutions.
Design Stage Assessment – producing design stage submissions and issuing certificates.
On Site Monitoring - to appraise any variations.
Post Construction Assessments – to produce post completion submissions and to issue certificates.
