A Liverpool city centre refurbishment for an international hotelier group.

The Gostin Furniture Building is a well known seven storey structure on Hanover Street combining lower floor retail with upper floor offices. The Gostin’s Building was erected by Ayrton Saunders and Co. Ltd, founded in 1868, who built their bespoke premises between 1910 and 1920. It isn’t listed but it sits within Liverpool’s World Heritage Site and the Duke Street Conservation Area. HLP were commissioned to work with an international consultant team to deliver pre construction design & build specifications for a new hundred and fifty bedroom hotel ready for client fit out.
