As part of a team of consultants, HLP were appointed to deliver a regeneration plan for a large area of Newcastle comprising over six thousand dwellings.

We worked closely with the client and key stakeholders to develop and appraise options whilst also delivering a wide scale community engagement programme.

North Central includes a full range of housing archetypes from the 1930s onwards and we developed alternative scenarios for future investment and change, as well as strategic proposals for innovative transformational change.
