Commissioned by Torus in partnership with St Helens Borough Council, HLP produced a strategic masterplan for the Fingerpost area of St Helens.

Torus are a housing group dedicated to creating a thriving community, urban and social regeneration and contributing to a sustainable local economy in St Helens. Torus hold a number of key housing sites within the masterplan area and are working with local and national government agencies to deliver meaningful regeneration to the Fingerpost area.

The masterplan analysed the visual and physical character of Fingerpost to inform the development of a costed opportunity matrix and series of achievable, aspirational improvement strategies.
