HLP designed an imaginative refurbishment scheme for this educational building, focusing on up-to-date space planning of teaching areas and using natural light to enhance the quality of space.

Long corridors were redesigned introducing transitional spaces, while skilful use of a selective palette of natural materials, including copper, produces a high-quality feel.

HLP coordinated a sixteen week fast-track programme, completed on time and within budget.
