Our team are all working design professionals with a lifetime in the built environment and can give practical, well grounded advice based on their experience. They work as an in-house team to provide the mix of professional disciplines required as a one stop shop service which includes:-
- Technical advice – to reduce carbon footprint and energy use in design and construction.
- Pre-appraisal of the site and initial design proposals reporting on risk factors and practical solutions and opportunities.
- Design development - monitoring the design, highlighting any deviations and identifying alternative solutions.
- Design stage assessment – producing design stage submissions and issuing certificates.
- On site monitoring to appraise any variations.
- Post construction assessments – to produce post completion submissions and to issue certificates.
- Additional services include Home User Guides, BRE Green Guide to Homes appraisals, daylight calculations, water calculations and ecology services.
