Having advised the PCC on the building fabric for many years, we worked with them to secure a Heritage Lottery Fund grant for the major repair and restoration works. CADW spot listed the building Grade II prior to receiving the grant.

The church of St Cedwyn in the picturesque Tanat Valley in Powys is an important listed building of medieval origin, which has been extensively repaired and restored in the 19th Century. The Victorian restoration work was in need of major repair by the turn of the millennium.
HLP, working with CADW and the Heritage Lottery, transformed this unsafe building into a beautifully-restored place of worship with a scheme involving extensive stained-glass window restoration, new roof, interior plaster and external masonry renovation.
