The major regeneration of the last remaining back-to-back houses in Liverpool (listed Grade II), the major rebuilding of the Grade II* merchants houses to form apartments, and the addition of two new contemporary buildings forming apartments and a seventy place nursery in the city centre.

Dukes Terrace is the last remaining back-to-back housing in Liverpool and is Grade II listed.  The terrace has been restored and converted to apartments.  

The Grade II* Merchants Houses were carefully taken down and reconstructed using salvaged original materials.

Together with two modern blocks introduced to the site, this group now provides a highly desirable city centre residential complex around two landscaped courtyards, incorporating the refurbished statue of William Huskisson.  The modern elements frame the new spaces and provide a seventy place nursery and apartments.
