Stock Transfer & Estate Action

With recent funding programmes encouraging local authorities to sell all or part of their stock to existing housing associations or to newly-formed Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), Halsall Lloyd Partnership has, since the early 1990s, received many commissions within the Midlands and north west to undertake a variety of work in this area.  Clients have included Hull and Liverpool Housing Action Trusts, and Leominster Marches Housing Association who were one of the country’s first Stock Transfer associations, and with whom we have continuously worked for more than 10 years.
