Private HousingHalsall Lloyd Partnership designs housing for both the public and private sectors and many recent developments have been a mixture of both, as contemporary planning policies aim to deliver sustainable developments with integrated tenures rather than the segregated occupancy of traditional estates. There are often benefits with the increased flexibility of mixed funding and wider resources. The knowledge and experience, which HLP has in both areas, is particularly useful in mixed tenure developments where additional planning and design skills are needed to integrate the differing requirements of each housing sector.
