Private Finance Initiatives

Halsall Lloyd Partnership can offer experience of Private Finance Initiatives (PFI) in both new build and refurbishment of dwellings.  Working with the Riverside Group we have designed 145 mainly detached homes on two sites in Shropshire to accommodate RAF helicopter personnel; the accommodation being leased to the Ministry of Defence Housing Executive.  In Derby, we worked with Home Housing and Derby City Council to purchase, refurbish and rent 50 homes a year for three years on a full partnering basis
