Local Authority Housing

Over the past 30 years Halsall Lloyd Partnership has worked with local authorities throughout the north west of England on a variety of major development and refurbishment programmes.

In recent years, however, funding restrictions have reduced the potential for local authorities to carry out work of this nature, so the emphasis has shifted enabling the practice to become involved with Housing Market Renewal Initiatives (HMRI), and the preparation of feasibility studies and development programmes for Stock Transfer estates, both large and small.
