Community-based Planning

The planning of urban neighbourhoods and rural settlements affects people's lives and livelihoods in very fundamental ways and Halsall Lloyd Partnership has always sought to maximise the potential for community involvement through a range of community planning techniques and formats.  HLP's approach is proactive and informative enabling communities to take part in decision making and to develop a ‘'shared vision' of the future development of their neighbourhoods.
