Mixed Use Development

Halsall Lloyd Partnership’s collaboration with developers over the years has resulted in many high quality projects, a good number of them being flagship schemes forming the centrepiece of urban regeneration programmes.  The practice successfully tackles the need to optimise development potential while understanding the design constraints such as conservation, urban design, and access and servicing.  Some schemes have been carried out using a cocktail of private and public funding, and HLP are adept at combining the requirements of different clients and funding bodies into successful, quality urban schemes with proven long term sustainability.
